By accessing or using the FundiLoans website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is provided by FundiLoans ("we," "us," or "our"), a business loan matching service that connects business owners with lending partners.

FundiLoans is a loan matching service. We do not make loans, extend credit, or make credit decisions. We connect businesses seeking funding with third-party lenders and lending partners.

We partner with Advance Funds Network and other lending partners to facilitate the application process. All funding decisions, loan terms, and disbursements are made by our lending partners, not FundiLoans.

You must be at least 18 years of age and an authorized representative of a business entity to use the Service. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms and to the terms of any agreement with our lending partners.

Minimum qualification criteria typically include $25,000+ in monthly revenue, at least 1 year in business, and a credit score of 500 or above. Meeting these criteria does not guarantee funding.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting an application through the Service. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your access and disqualification from funding.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FundiLoans or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The Service connects you with third-party lenders. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a lender. Loan terms, interest rates, fees, and repayment schedules are determined solely by the lender.

We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any third-party lender. You should carefully review and understand the terms of any loan agreement before signing.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that you will be approved for a loan or receive any specific loan amount, rate, or term. All funding decisions are made by our lending partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundiLoans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any loan obtained through the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundiLoans and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
